You have the option of giving all or selected employees access to their payroll information online. At managements option an employee will be able to view their (and only their) payroll data including checks, stubs, deductions and other such information. They can view and print their earnings reports and deduction reports as they need. Employees will have the ability to change their address, phone numbers and emergency contacts as necessary. Other information such as direct deposit, deduction, and tax setup can be viewed but only edited by approved personnel.
